JUDr. Ivana Štarmanová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and has been active as an independent attorney in private practice in the market of the Czech Republic since 2009.

She has a wealth of experience in commercial and banking law and property law. She has worked for Czech and international banks, insurance companies, law firms and developers.

Preferred fields of law

corporate and banking law, commercial and contract law including real estate, representation in judicial proceedings, personal details protection, composition of legal opinions counselling, composition of reports of due diligence of real estate and business companies, merger, conformity assessment of conduct with EU/EC regulations.
